How Market Wiz collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, book a demo, sign up for services, or communicate with us — including through our AI voice and text agents.
Market Wiz ("Market Wiz," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered marketing automation services to local businesses, including marketplace listing automation, AI voice and SMS agents, Google Maps SEO, and related services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you're a visitor browsing our website, a prospect requesting a demo, or a client using our Services.
This policy applies to marketwiz.ai and the Services described on it. It does not apply to other websites or services we operate under separate brands, which maintain their own privacy policies.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

Information collected automatically
- Website usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, general device and browser information, and approximate location (city/region level) via standard web analytics.

Information from third parties
If you connect a marketplace, social media, or Google Business account to our Services, we receive the information necessary to perform the Services — such as post content, engagement metrics, and buyer/lead messages relevant to your account — directly from that platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services you've signed up for — including posting your listings, responding to inquiries, and managing your marketing automation
- Respond to demo requests, onboarding questions, and support inquiries
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related communications — onboarding steps, account updates, billing notices
- Improve our Services, including training our team on how to better support clients (we do not use your specific business data to train third-party AI models)
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse of our Services
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Our AI Voice & Text Agents
Market Wiz uses AI-powered voice and SMS agents — for our own customer-facing lines and, for clients, as part of the Services we provide to you.
- Calls to our voice line may be answered by an AI voice agent. If you ask whether you're speaking with a person or an AI, we will always tell you honestly.
- Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service-improvement purposes. Where required by law, we provide notice of recording at the start of a call.
- Text messages sent to our SMS line may be handled by an AI-assisted system that can read, respond to, and log your message.
- Information shared with our AI agents is handled under the same protections described in this policy and is used only to provide and improve our Services — never sold to third parties.
If you are a Market Wiz client using our voice or SMS agent products for your own business, your end customers' data is handled per your agreement with us and, where applicable, your own privacy policy governing your customers.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you text us, request text updates, or opt in to SMS communications from Market Wiz, the following terms apply:
- By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Market Wiz, including messages that may be sent using automated technology.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Services.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.

- We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
Service providers
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our Services. Each processes information only as needed to perform their function for us:

Legal & safety

Business transfers
If Market Wiz is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Market Wiz does not receive, process, or store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment card data — that information goes directly to Stripe. We retain only what's needed to manage your subscription, such as your payment status, plan, and billing history. Review Stripe's own privacy practices at stripe.com/privacy.
7. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences and keep forms working smoothly (e.g., our onboarding form auto-saves your progress locally in your browser)
- Understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them — though some parts of our site may not function properly without them.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting who on our team can view client data, and secure, reputable third-party processors for sensitive functions like payments. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you cancel your Services or ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required or permitted by law to retain certain records (such as transaction and billing history).

12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for business owners and professionals and are not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 13. International Visitors
Market Wiz is based in the United States, and the information we collect is primarily processed here. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
